Specific Terms and Conditions

Closes: 23:59 on Friday 15 August 2025.

Either: (i) scan the QR code on the HelloFresh flyer, or (ii) visit hellofresh.drinkrio.com; and
Complete and submit the feedback form.

Eligibility

Open to UK legal residents aged 18+. Internet access required to enter. Normal exclusions apply. Any entries received before or after the promotional period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion. 1 x entry per household. No purchase necessary.

Prize

3 x winners total. Each winner will each win 1 x voucher to redeem a Forest Spa Day for two people at an Aqua Sana Forest Spa. The Prize includes a lunch at the Vitalé Café Bar of your chosen Aqua Sana Forest Spa between 12pm and 2pm, complimentary towel and robe hire, access to the spa from 09:30 - 17:00 on selected day and access to the free spa wellbeing sessions on offer.

Prize T&Cs

1. Prize voucher valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue.
2. Spa wellbeing session subject to availability and Aqua Sana Forest Spa offering.
3. Advance booking required.
4. Prize voucher will be emailed with a unique reference ID code.
5. Prize not redeemable for cash.
6. Prize voucher cannot be replaced if lost and is non-transferable.
7. Prize voucher for UK use only.
8. Spa day can be redeemed on any day, subject to availability.
9. Lead guest must be over 18 years of age, or older, to make a booking with Aqua Sana.
10. Second guest must be at least 14 years old to attend the Aqua Sana, subject to attending with the lead guest.
11. Booking subject to the Aqua Sana terms of booking, available at: www.aquasana.co.uk/support/terms-of-booking.html and specific Forest Spa Day terms and conditions which may be found at https://aquasanavouchers.com/vouchers. T&Cs subject to change.
12. Anything not explicitly stated in the Prize is not included in the Prize (including any travel to / from the Aqua Sana location and any other expenses).

Draw

3 x winners will be drawn by us at random within ten (10) working days of the Closing Date from all valid entries received. We will contact the winner on or before 29 August 2025 by email provided at the point of entry. The winner will be required to confirm their name, email address and date of birth by email reply within twenty-one (21) days of our notification email. If they don’t, they will forfeit their prize and we may re-draw an alternative winner. We will arrange for delivery of the prize to the winner via email to the email address confirmed by the winner within fourteen (14) days of contact details being confirmed.

The winners’ surnames and counties may be used by us to name the winners. The winners’ surnames and counties will be obtainable only by sending a stamped addressed envelope request to:

within 3 months of closing date. The winners may request that their surname and county are not published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by contacting the Promoter at the address above. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
